• Friday night rate will be based on the property’s prevailing Best Available Rate
• Saturday night rate will be based on Friday’s rate, less 25%
• Sunday night rate will be based on Friday’s rate, less 50%

Advance Purchase Rules & Restrictions:

• Full payment in advance/no refunds:  Full payment is required for this reservation at the time of booking; your credit card will be charged immediately for the total amount quoted and no refunds or credits will be issued.  Charges cannot be applied to other stays, or services.  No prices or hotel availability is guaranteed until payment is received.  If we become aware of any fraud or illegal activity associated with the payment for this reservation, we reserve the right to cancel without notice.

• Reservation cannot be modified:  Price quoted applies to exact date(s) booked.  Modifications to your reservation, (including but not limited to name changes, date changes, etc.) are not permitted.  May not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, special rates or discounts.
• Early departure/cancellation:  If you depart early, cancel, or fail to honor the reservation request for any reason, you will not receive any credit or refund.

• Extending your stay:  Extensions will require a new reservation for the additional nights, subject to availability and prevailing rates.

• Price does not include optional services:  The price includes room rate and applicable taxes only.  It does not include applicable charges for optional services (including but not limited to parking, gratuities, food and beverage, mini-bar charges and other optional incidentals).

• Instead of departing on Sunday, stay over and receive the same rate paid on Saturday night, less 25% (only applicable for guests making reservations with a scheduled departure on Sunday)
• Prior night’s stay will be on the prevailing rates
• Sunday night rate will be based on Saturday’s rate,  less 25%

Super Saver Weekend Rules & Restrictions:

• Must book with hotel directly: At the time of booking, when a guest is scheduling a departure day on Sunday, the reservations agent will offer the 25% savings for the stay-over. No prices or hotel availability is guaranteed until the reservation is confirmed.  The actual discount will not apply until Sunday night, when the discounted adjustment will be made. 
•  Reservation cannot be modified: Price quoted applies to exact date(s) booked.  Modifications to your reservation, (including but not limited to name changes, date changes, etc.) will be at prevailing rates, and the discount is forfeited. 
•  Early departure/cancellation: If your stay, for any reason, does not include the Sunday stay-over, the discount is forfeited.
•  Extending your stay: Additional nights and or extensions will be subject to availability and at prevailing rates.
