Location, hip vibe, amenities on the strip
Stayed at the Grafton for first time, very impressed with location. Valet on street for check in. Had special requests, honored promptly. Hector very helpful with suggestions for local attractions. Salt water pool, cool. Iced tea and water available in hallway. Nice feng shui. Hip decor, good view and breakfast very tasty. Slight noise in hallway, but overall great time.

Awesome!
I stayed at the Grafton for 4 days, the staff were extremely helpful and easy to deal with, the cafe had great food and the pool is great to chill with group of friends. All major tourist attractions are nearby, maximum cab charge would be $10. There are few nightclubs located nearby too and countless restaurants that offer variety of foods.

Best customer service Ive ever had at a hotel
I stayed here for two nights with my best friend daughter and niece, and the staff was sooo amazing...I’m from Alabama and this was my first time in Cali and I didn’t know how the people where going to be, but the service at the Grafton was beyond my expectations..they went out of their way to accommodate our needs!! See Carlos at the front desk for anything and if you need a ride ask for Frank!! The hotel was so beautiful too and very laid back, couldn’t have been happier with my choice to stay at the Grafton!!!!

great staff!
We had a great trip and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We were able to get all of our questions answered and felt very welcomed by the staff. One person definitely stuck out to both of us. Frank was the driver for the complimentary shuttle. He was super busy with accommodating other guest but made sure to acknowledge that we were waiting for our lift in to town. He was extremely gracious and helpful. The rest of the staff was also very helpful and accommodating. All very friendly, which is often rare in LA. We thought the rooms were comfortable and stylish! The pool was a great place to unwind. The restaurant and bar had great food and great service. Location couldn't have been better. Thanks for a great trip!

Perfect Location / relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere & very friendly warm staff!!
This was our first time in LA and we were so lucky to have met Hektor and Frankie!! Thanks to Hektor sending us to Hollywood Blvd. We got to see Brad and Angelina. They were always ready to help and will guide you on what to do and where to go, depending on your interests. Make sure you take the grand tour bus the first or second day you arrive. I wish I would have (BTW, that is the first thing Hektor and Frankie suggested and I didn't listen), then I could have had more time to go back to certain places I liked on the tour! Another thing we loved is you are in walking distance for places to eat, shop and even grocery shop! There is a Trader Joes about 15 minutes away . So if you like outgoing friendly staff and want to be in a great spot, this is your place to stay! The pool and fitness room are just an added bonus. Thanks Frankie, Hektor ,Carlos & Lara (our waitress) for making us feel welcome and helping us!!

I would go back again and again!
This hotel is delightful. We stayed in a poolside room and it was clean and full of Hollywood charm. The staff was incredible and they knew us by name. They were accommodating to our every need. We will definitely stay the next time we are in L.A. Close to everything on our itinerary.
